Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return certain new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will not accept any returns on incorrect items that you may have ordered. Please check size and detail before placing an order. If you are unsure of a size or item, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Due to the nature of the products sold, NO returns are accepted on any of our wooden items. This is simply because of sanitary reasons. We cannot resell an item that someone else has touched. However, if you the item is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement item or a refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving your return package. 

We understand that mistakes happen and you may need to cancel an order, if your order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel. If your package is returned to us, unopened, you will receive refund for the items itself but will not receive a postage refund and will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

Your refund will be credited with the form of payment you supplied during checkout.

All returned international orders are subject to shipping and processing fees. We will not refund international shipping for any returned packages. International orders are also subjected to a 20% restocking fee of the items.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Damaged/Unusable Items

If you receive your item and your items are damaged or unusable, please reach out to us immediately or within 10 days so that we can replace your item. We will not replace any damaged items after 10 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We offer the following shipping methods; Domestic first class shipping for our smaller orders and priority mail for the larger orders. If you need an item sooner, we can custom create an express mail shipping option.

 International first class shipping is available for smaller orders. Priority International mail is mandatory for larger orders. Please note that orders shipped via first class international are not trackable or insured, therefore we will not be held liable to reship nor refund any orders that are lost in transit, stuck in customs, or not received. International priority mail is trackable to delivery and insured. Please note that we are aware that International Fraud is very high and common at this time. We will not be held responsible for any missing first class parcels and will will not replace or refund any International Priority Mail orders shown as DELIVERED. All custom orders are non-refundable as these are custom made orders tailored to your company.

Shipping time frames for small orders are 1-3 business days, however sometimes we experience an extremely high volume of orders which may push shipping to 10-15 business days. Larger orders takes 3-5 business days and can be 10-15 business days during high volume.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. All international orders are subject to customs charges. Custom taxes are not included in our prices as each country has their own tax rates. All customers are in charge of their own custom taxes. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid custom taxes, customer will be liable for any returns charges on the parcel, a 20% restocking fee and will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping on the order.
